Founded in 2013, Columbia China Dance is the only dance group at Columbia University that focuses on traditional Chinese dance from around the country. Each year, the club performs a number of shows at prominent cultural events, such as Night Market, Lunar Gala, and the CU TASA Philanthropy banquet. The club holds practices every Sunday and puts on an annual showcase towards the end of the academic year. Columbia China Dance hopes to share the beauty and diversity of Chinese culture with the community around it.

- 2. Give dancers the opportunity to learn a diverse range of Chinese ethnic styles through practices and rehearsals

A U D I T I O N S
Fall 2020 auditions for the performance team will be held on September 19, 2020 in room Lerner 410 Satow. Join us for 2 hours and bring an optional 2 minute solo. The audition will be split between a technique and a choregraphy section.
